Lea Williams is a lifelong resident of West Feliciana Parish. She graduated from St. Francisville High School in December of 1979. She graduated magna cum laude from Southeastern Louisiana University with a Bachelor of Science degree. Lea was the president of her SLU School of Nursing class. She is licensed with the Louisiana State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse. Lea received her Louisiana State Board of Realtor licensure in 1980. She currently runs a successful real estate property management business with multiple houses in the West Feliciana Parish area. Lea serves as director of the St. Francisville office of Audubon Home Health. This position gives her the opportunity to provide nursing services for and visit with parish residents from all walks of life. Prior to receiving her nursing degree, Lea worked as a professional legal assistant for the large law firm of Seale, Smith, Zuber and Barnette. As the representative of the town of St. Francisville police jury district, she provides a unique understanding of the municipalitiy's special needs and requirements within the larger framework of the parish as a whole. Lea is married to Mike Williams. She has 3 sons and 1 grandson.
